With the changes in membership structure of the NGBs the insurance cover has changed. This means that club membership, associate membership, etc. no longer provides insurance. Unless you are a 'Full' member i.e. the category required to compete in BC events or to coach you will need to buy a day ticket. Unfortunately under the new membership/insurance structure this also includes paddlers doing the tour.
Tour Any paddler who is not a 'COMPREHENSIVE', 'ON THE WATER', 'FULL', or equivalent category member of CW, BC, SCA, etc. will need to buy a Day Ticket (£5) This is for insurance purposes so to avoid having to pay for a day ticket please provide a membership card.
Race As per section 12 of the marathon racing rules. Any paddler who is not a 'COMPREHENSIVE', 'ON THE WATER', 'FULL' or equivalent category, member of CW, BC, SCA, etc. will need to buy a Day Ticket (£5). The only exception is for div. 7,8,9 junior paddlers who are members of clubs with registered junior sections, who should produce their registered junior section card instead.
NO CARD - NO DISCOUNT !
Late entries will be accepted after the Friday 8 days before the race, up to 30 min before respective start times on the Conwy Ascent day.

Please enclose a SAE or provide an email address if you require confirmation of entry.
